Our rates are inclusive of VAT and Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast.

Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am.

A light breakfast can be provided for before this time for guests to enjoy in their room.

Single occupancy rates are available on request.

Rooms are available from 2pm and check out is at 11am.

Card information is required upon booking. Payments by cash, cheque and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – no charge.

No deposit is required. Payment upon checkout.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Reservations of more than two rooms require a Credit Card to secure the reservation. Two months notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for the accommodation. Should the rooms be re sold then we reimburse the charges.

We happily accept dogs, and make a small charge of £10 per night.
